This ZJ pump can be assembled with two types of seals:
(1) Impeller and stuffing box combination seal: The impeller seal uses the pressure generated by the combined action of the impeller and the impeller to seal. The filler and lip seal are like parking seals. We can use this seal in a single stage pump, where the positive pressure at the suction port is not greater than 10% of the positive pressure at the discharge port, or in series for a first stage pump. It can work without sealing water, without diluting the slurry and with good sealing performance. But this will result in more power consumption (usually requiring an increase of 5% of shaft power).
(2) Packing box packing seal is a commonly used type of shaft seal that can be used in various applications. The sealing materials can be PTFE and graphite, which can be used in corrosive and high-temperature conditions. This sealing type has the advantages of simple structure and easy maintenance.
(3) Mechanical seal: This type of seal adopts international advanced sealing technology and has good sealing performance. Different structural types can adapt to different working conditions, and friction auxiliary materials are made of high hardness ceramics and alloy materials. The design of mechanical seals and sealing boxes, combined with the flow state of the medium, enables the seals to have higher performance in terms of impact resistance and impact resistance, enabling customers to be satisfied under various working conditions.
