1. Type ZJD pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centurifugal slurry pumps. They are suitable for
Delivering low abrasive, low density slurries for metallurgical, mining, coal and build material departments. The shaft seal can be both gland seal and centurifugal seal.
2. Type ZJD pumps are adopted high speed operating and so they have small volumes to save floor area.
3. The frame plates have changeable, wear-resistant, metal liners or rubber liners and the impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber(Rubber for frame plates, impellers of pumps with discharge dia. Above 550mm). The discharge position by request may be rotated 8 different angles at intervals of 45 degrees for installation and application.

Shaft Seals:

1.Packing seal.As one of the most commonly used seals for rotating shafts,the gland seals can come with low-flush or full flush arrangement which uses flushing water to prevent media from escaping the pump housing.This kind of seal is suitable for use in almost all pumping solutions.In situations where solids or high temperature might be encountered. aramid fiber is used as the packing material for the gland.For high abrasion conditions,a ceramic shaft sleeve is available.
2.Centrifugal Seal-Expeller
The combination of impeller and expeller creates the pressure needed to seal against leakage.Together with the gland seal or lip seal which is used as the shut-down seal,this type of seal can handle sealing requirements for applications where full-flush gland seal is impractical due to lack of water on the site,or sealing water is allowed to enter inside the pumping chamber to dilute the slurry.
3.Mechanical seal
Heavy duty pump utilizes a leak-proof mechanical seal design which allows easy installation and replacement.Other types of mechanical seal are among options to suit the slurry pump for various pumping applications.
We also utilize special ceramic and alloys of high strength and hardness on parts that are subjected to friction.Unique design and seamless fit between the mechanical seal and seal chamber provides excellent resistance to abrasion and shock that ensure its effectiveness under the toughest conditions.

4.The pump doesn't rotate	The volute is silted up by the blocks.	Clear the blocks
5.The capacity is not enough	1.The blocks of the impeller or the inlet or outlet pipe. 2.The abrasion of the impeller is heavily. 3.The speed is low to normal  4.Pump is installed unreasonably or the leakage of the inlet pipe. 5.The transporting height is too high,the loss of the resistance of the inside pipe are too big. 6.The inlet valve not open enough or blocked 7.The packing seal leaks	1.Clear the impeller or pipe. 2.Change the impeller 3.Adjust the speed 4.Install again or stop leaking.   Decrease the height of the transport or reduce the resistance. 7.Abnormal sound in the pump, and no water out	1.The resistance of the inlet pipe is too big. 2.The height of the suction is too high. 3.Cavitation occurred  there is air in the inlet The temperature of the liquid is too high	Clear the suction pipe and sluice valve. Lower the height of the suction  Adjust the water valve and let the pump operate in the defined limits. Block the leakage. Lowering the liquid temperature.
8.pump vibrates	1.pump cavitate  2.The block of the impeller single vane  3.The no concentricity  between the pump shaft and motor shaft 4.Fasteners or foundation loose	1.Adjust the water valve ,lower the height of the installation,reduce the resistance of the inlet. 2.Clear the impeller 3.Alignment again 4.Fasten the screw,and reinforce the foundation.
9.Bearing is overheat	1.lock the cooling water 2.lubrication is not good. 3.the lubrication oil is not clear 4.the wrong direction of the thrust bearing. 5.there is something wrong with the bearing.	Open the cooling water Adjust the oil quantity  Clear the shaft,change oil According to the inlet pressure,adjust the direction of the thrust bearing. Change the bearing
10.Packing short life	The material of packing is not good	Change the packing
11.pump leak oil	1.High oil level 2.The rubber parts invalid   3.Assembly problem	1.Lower the oil level 2.Change rubber spares 3.Adjust the assembly
