450ST-L Low abrasive Slurry Pump Centrifugal Pump Chemical Pump for Carbon Transfer

 

Type ZJD pumps pumps are cantilevered,horizontal,centrifugal slurry pumps.They are suitable for delivering lower abrasive,lower abrasive,lower density slurries for metallurgical,mining,coal and building material departments.The shaft seal adopt gland seal and centrifugal seal.
Type ZJD pumps adopt high speed operation and so they have small volumes saving floor area.The frame plate has interchangeable,wear-resistant metal or rubber,(Rubber for frame plates impellers of pumps with discharge dia.above 550mm).The discharge position by request may be rotated 8 different angles at internal of 45 degrees for installation and application.
The pump type should be selected by its performance curves for reference and the selection of capacity range is between 40% -100%.(The corresponding capacity against the max.efficiency point at one speed is 100%)

Features

Bearing Assembly---a large diameter with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life.
Only four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.

Liners-easily replaceable liners are bolted,not glued,to the casing for positive attachment and easily maintenance.Hard metal liners are completely interchangeable with pressure molded elastomer.Elastomer Seal Rings back all liner joints.

Casing-Casing halves of cast or ductile iron with external reforcing ribs provide high operating pressure capabilities and an extra measure of safety.

Impeller-front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts.High efficiency and high head designs are also available.

Throat Bush- wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.

One piece frame--a very robust one-piece frame cradies the cartridge type bearing and shaft assembly.An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.
