1. Type ZJD pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centurifugal slurry pumps. They are suitable for
Delivering low abrasive, low density slurries for metallurgical, mining, coal and build material departments. The shaft seal can be both gland seal and centurifugal seal.
2. Type ZJD pumps are adopted high speed operating and so they have small volumes to save floor area.
3. The frame plates have changeable, wear-resistant, metal liners or rubber liners and the impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber(Rubber for frame plates, impellers of pumps with discharge dia. Above 550mm). The discharge position by request may be rotated 8 different angles at intervals of 45 degrees for installation and application.

Shaft Seals:
1.Packing seal.As one of the most commonly used seals for rotating shafts,the gland seals can come with low-flush or full flush arrangement which uses flushing water to prevent media from escaping the pump housing.This kind of seal is suitable for use in almost all pumping solutions.In situations where solids or high temperature might be encountered. aramid fiber is used as the packing material for the gland.For high abrasion conditions,a ceramic shaft sleeve is available.
2.Centrifugal Seal-Expeller
The combination of impeller and expeller creates the pressure needed to seal against leakage.Together with the gland seal or lip seal which is used as the shut-down seal,this type of seal can handle sealing requirements for applications where full-flush gland seal is impractical due to lack of water on the site,or sealing water is allowed to enter inside the pumping chamber to dilute the slurry.
3.Mechanical seal
Heavy duty pump utilizes a leak-proof mechanical seal design which allows easy installation and replacement.Other types of mechanical seal are among options to suit the slurry pump for various pumping applications.
We also utilize special ceramic and alloys of high strength and hardness on parts that are subjected to friction.Unique design and seamless fit between the mechanical seal and seal chamber provides excellent resistance to abrasion and shock that ensure its effectiveness under the toughest conditions.
