After years of sustainable development, Naipu has gradually upgraded to an environmentally friendly factory, with environmentally friendly resin sand machine modeling, high-efficiency casting electric furnace, heat treatment, and rough sand cleaning system. Every molding has undergone strict inspection to ensure the full brushing of the protective coating, which is the prerequisite to ensure the production of qualified castings. After passing the environmental and health certification, the workers' working environment has been improved.
Casting is an important process in the production process of slurry pump parts. It is necessary to strictly control the material ratio, casting temperature, and different heat treatment methods for different material requirements. During this process, Naipu will cast test blocks, use a spectrometer to test the chemical composition of the material, and analyze the metallographic structure of the metal alloy with an optical microscope, and use feedback to improve the corresponding production quality. The casting capacity ranges from 0.5KG per unit weight to 15 tons.
Machining includes various vertical and horizontal machine tools, CNC machining centers, static and dynamic balancing machines, various measuring tools and fixtures. The high chromium alloy itself has high hardness, and there are strict regulations on the tool and the operator's experience during the processing. Otherwise, it will have a high rejection rate. In this regard, all Naipu's operators have more than 10 years of experience in the industry, through quality management, using MT, PT, UT, RT non-destructive testing methods, the quality of every spare part is guaranteed.
The assembly of each pump has undergone strict data testing to ensure safe and stable use by users. In addition, users can choose to install some subsystems according to actual needs, such as cooling system, bearing lubrication system, temperature measurement system, power control system and so on. In terms of product after-sales, the inventory of vulnerable parts is sufficient, and the after-sales team responds in a timely manner. A global after-sales service contact mechanism has been established to ensure that users can solve problems in the first time.
Our spare parts inventory is very sufficient to ensure that each customer can replace the spare parts in the first time, and will receive sufficient size inspection and packaging before shipment.
