this series of pumps are horizontal, double pump shell structure slurry pump.The pump body and pump cover are provided with a replaceable metal lining with high chromium resistance, which can be used until it is worn out, thus prolonging the maintenance cycle and reducing the operating cost.The outlet direction of the pump can be installed by 8 rotation angles.

During the operation of slurry pump, pay attention to the temperature and leakage of the gland.Normal packing leakage should not exceed 10-20 drops per minute.

During pump operation, if slurry pump can be solid when inhaling air, it will produce abnormal sound and vibration.

In the operation of the pump, if the backstop valve of the standby engine leaks, and the switch valve is always open, pay attention to the reversal of the standby engine due to the reverse flow.

When the pump is in normal operation to adjust the flow, can not be used to reduce the pump
suction line valve opening method to reduce the flow, otherwise will cause insufficient flow at the pump inlet and the pump cavitation.
