6 Heat treatment

Normalizing: Increase the hardness of the rough casting parts to achieve the ideal state, so that its crystal structure changes, increase the wear properties; 
annealing: soften the rough casting parts, mainly used in the production process of the slurry pump impeller, when the sets of turnbuckles Annealing, then processing and then normalizing to achieve the use of hardness, 
Tempering: The hardness of the parts of the fitting has reached the ideal second-order changes in the crystal structure, so that the distribution of the material inside the parts more uniform, making the parts more flexible And wear and corrosion resistance
        
The first heat treatment - annealing: the products after the removal of sand is relatively brittle, to be annealed, is to heat the parts to a certain temperature and continue for some time, so that the hardness of 40HR or less, to facilitate processing and drilling;

7.Machining 

7.1Lathe processing

After the first heat treatment, because it is a rough casting parts, it must be processed through the lathe to reach the installation and use of size, Inaccurate dimensions may result in inability to install or large installation errors leading to reduced service lifeSo this step must have a professional quality inspection to test the finished parts and the next step can be performed within a reasonable error range. 7.2 secondary heat treatment

9. Assmebly
