Slurry pump elastomer spare parts
Naipu pump offers the two solutions for this problem. We choose the white iron, high chrome (27%) for the strong abrasive slurries, also with the sharp particles. For the corrosive slurries with blunt particles, we recommend the natural rubber.
Naipu Slurry pump and standard spare parts with high anti-abrosive can be supply with huge amount within a short period.
The frame plates for type A H(R) pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber. The frame plate liner and impeller for HH pump are adoptable of wear-resistant metal only.
All parts of type SPR pump immersed in liquid are lined with rubber outer liner. They are suited to transport non-edge angle abrasive slurry.

Most slurry pump casing are "slower" than their water pump cousins, primarily to reduce wear though lower internal velocities.
Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal contamination. Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable. Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.
