Auxiliary impeller power seal packing seal: the auxiliary impeller seal USES the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and the packing or lip seal ring ACTS as the parking seal.In the pump inlet pressure value is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value of the single-stage pump or multi-stage pump series stage pump, can be used in this sealing form.It can operate without shaft seal water, do not dilute pulp, good sealing effect.However, power consumption will be increased (generally about 5% of shaft power will be increased).Packing seal is a common type of shaft seal, suitable for various working conditions, can match ptfe packing, graphite packing and other special materials, can be used in corrosive or high temperature conditions.It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance.2. Mechanical seal: international sealing technology, good sealing effect.The assembled structure makes installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural forms adapt to different working conditions.The friction auxiliary materials are made of high-hardness ceramic and alloy materials. The mechanical seal and seal box are designed and matched in accordance with the flow state of the medium. Therefore, they have high wear resistance and shock resistance.
