1.2 Feature and Application:
Type ZJR, ZJM, ZJH Pump are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pump. They are designed for the handing high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining , coal, power, building material and other industrial department etc.
The frame plates liner and impeller for type ZJR , ZJ(M) pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners.
The shaft seals for type ZJ(R),ZJM, and ZJH Pump may be adoptable of gland seal , expeller seal or Mechanical seal .
The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
Bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, which helps adjust the space between impeller and cover plate liner easily, and being removed completely when being repaired. Bearings use grease lubrication. Here are the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.
Wide performance, good NPSH and high efficiency, the pump of this type may be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.
Centrifugal mining slurry pump are widely used in mining, power, metallurgy, coal, deading, building material and other industrial lines to pump concentrate, tailings, sludge and other abrasive, high density slurries.

3.2 Sand Gravel Pump Feature
Naipu® Sand gravel slurry pumps are designed to handle very large particles for gravel and dredging operations. Naipu dredge and gravel slurry pumps are designed for the continuous handling of the most difficult higher abrasive slurries, containing solids too large to be pumped by a standard slurry pump.
They are suitable for delivering slurries in Mining, explosive-sludge in metal melting, dredging in dredger and course of rivers and other fields.
1. Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet passage.
2. The wet-parts are made of Ni-hard and high chromium abrasion-resistance alloys.
3. The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°.
4. This type of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and Abrasion-resistance

4.2 Feature
Naipu® NP-ZJQ submersible Slurry motor pump is a kind of hydraulic mechanism which motor connects directly with pump. The pump adopts excellent material, advanced structure, and it is with wide flowing passage & strong delivery ability. The hydraulic parts are wear-resistant. The pump is yet completed with control unit. The pump set consists of main impeller and vice impeller.
