Naipu® UHB-ZK Pump
UHB-ZK series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps, and the wearing parts are steel-lined ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is a new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastic for pumps in the world. Its outstanding advantage is that it has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance (especially low temperature impact resistance) in all plastics. Creep resistance (resistance to environmental stress cracking) and excellent corrosion resistance.
(1) Corrosion and abrasion resistance, multi-purpose with one pump, suitable for acid and alkali liquid slurry.
(2) The pump body is a steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene structure with a lining thickness of 8-20mm. Compared with other similar pumps, it has the advantages of good thermal deformation resistance, crack resistance, anti-shedding, and high operating temperature.
(3) There are two types of impeller, closed type, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.
(4) Seal: K type dynamic seal, G3 type mechanical seal.
3) Applicable medium: sulfuric acid with a concentration below 80%, nitric acid with a concentration below 50%, hydrochloric acid with various concentrations, and liquid alkali. It is suitable for both liquid and slurry.
4) Main technical parameters: Operating temperature -20 ºC ~ 105 ºC (using modified material U00), inlet diameter 32 ~ 350mm, flow rate 5 ~ 2600m3 / h, and head within 80m.
The pump has a very wide range of uses
1) Phosphate sulfate fertilizer industry: transportation of dilute acid, mother liquor, sewage, seawater, silica gel containing fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid slurry and other media.
2) Non-ferrous metal smelting industry: It is especially suitable for various acid solutions, corrosive pulps, and slurry (used in filter press) electrolytes for wet smelting of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, and rare earth. , Sewage and other media transportation.
3) Chemical industry and other enterprises: Various sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkaline, oil serum or slurry posts. Production of titanium dioxide, iron red powder, various dyes and pigments, non-metallic mineral processing and other industries.
4) Chlor-alkali industry: hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, electrolyte, etc.
5) Water treatment industry: pure water, high-purity water, sewage (leather wastewater, electroplating wastewater, electronic wastewater, paper wastewater, textile wastewater, food wastewater, domestic wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, etc.).
6) Iron and steel enterprises: sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid posts in pickling systems, and sewage with impurities.

Naipu® NP-ZJ series pumps are cantilevered,horizontal,centrifugal slurry pumps. They are used international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and were designed using the Minimum-Wear Principle. The flow parts of this pumps are suitable for the flow of state media for it's set shape, which reduces hydraulic loss of eddy and impact, both in pump and along the pipeline; so reduced friction of flow parts, lower noise and vibration of the pump translates into improved hydraulic efficiency.
