Ceramic Slurry Pump Impellers
 

Ceramic Slurry Pump Impellers are made of Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide material,It is mainly used for Wear and Erosion resistant working applications.  NaiPu^® manufactures high quality slurry pump ceramic impellers and liners replacement parts for some all AH slurry pumps, which are 100% INTERCHANGEABLE.

^NaiPu® ceramic slurry pump impellers with silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide (Si3N4-SiC). There are many good characteristics of slurry pump ceramic impellers, such as abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance etc. Now the parts are continually provided for coal power generation, non-ferrous foundry, mining and others.

The corrosion and abrasion resistance of ceramic slurry pump parts are highly exceed ones made by high chrome alloy. The abrasion resistance of Si3N4-SiC material is 3.5 times as wearable as Cr15Mo3 (A07). However the weight of Si3N4-SiC material is only 1/3 of high chrome alloy slurry pump parts.

Ceramic slurry pump impellers casting advanced ceramics covers both corrosion and abrasion perfectly. It could be a quite advantageous if there were solids in combination with non-neutral slurries, a leach or an acid (PH-value 0-12).

Materials of Construction

1. A05  is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions. The alloy can be effectively used in a wide range of slurry types. The high wear resistance of alloy A05 is provided by the presence of hard carbides within its micro-structure. Alloy A05 is particularly suited to applications where mild corrosion resistance, as well as erosion resistance is required.

2. A07 Marten-sic white iron with moderate erosion resistance.

3. A49 is suitable for low pH corrosion duties, where erosive wear is also a problem. The alloy is particularly suitable for Flue Gas Desulphu-rization(FGD) and other corrosive applications, where the pH is less than . The alloy can also be used in other mildly acidic environments.A49 has an erosion resistance similar to that of Ni-Hard 1.
