DESCRIPTION:
Naipu® NP-A H(R) series centrifugal slurry pumps and spare parts can fully interchange with world famous brand. These pumps are of heavy-duty construction, designed for continuous pumping of highly abrasive and corrosive slurries. They feature a wide choice of replaceable abrasion resistant metal or moulded elastomer casting liners and Impellers, which are all interchangeable within a common casting assembly.

Slurry Pump-Advantages:
Wear - resistant rubber as liners prolongs the service life by 2-4 times
Internal rubber liners with small specific gravity can effectively improve the impeller speed. Maximum flow rate than other slurry pump can improve the efficiency of the whole 10-20%, overall efficiency increased more than 30%.
Small specific gravity wet parts, convenient maintenance, low noise; reduce the number of repair personnel and the operational maintenance cost
Smooth wet parts make operation more stable
Structure:
The main components of wear-resistant slurry pump includes impeller, motor, sheath etc. Sheath and impeller is made of wear resistant rubber. The auxiliary suspenders simply remove the pump shell, and are convenient for maintenance.
Slurry Pump-Application:
Naipu wear-resistant slurry pump is suitable for processing the high abrasion slurry or the material containing solid particles.
Metal smelting plant: convey slurry
Sand plant: transporting and conveying sand and gravel, feeding sand and water all types of classification and dewatering plants
Coal preparation plant: classifying, screening and conveying heavy medium, conveying coal pulp
Ceramics and glass factory: porcelain clay and sandstone transportation, feeding hydrocyclone and effluent disposal etc.
Steel works: conveying slurry, rust and corrosive liquid etc.
Irrigation systems and dredging: silt removal in dams and river bed, sand classifying
