Product Description

SP(R) Or Naipu ZJL Vertial slurry pump  are single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure, bearing, bearing, connecting tube connected to the pump hydraulic components, liquid by the liquid discharge pipe parts, pump impeller of half open impeller, the impeller blade inlet stretches equipped with mixing vane, this pump is mainly characteristic is under the liquid parts of the pump shaft, has enough stiffness, impeller, pump shell between without bearing, without shaft seal, can deliver a large concentration of fixed granular media.The length of the pump under the insertion liquid is between 800 and 2000. If necessary, the pump can be equipped with suction pipe.The shaft seal is operated by inserting a larger pump into the liquid, and the shaft seal is not set. The drive is installed on the motor support and support seat by a vertical motor, and connected with the pump by a coupling.

Vertival Slurry Pump assembly sequence

1. Install the double-row bearing on the pump shaft, and then load the bearing spacer and upper bearing inner ring in turn.

2. Load the pump shaft containing bearing into the bearing body, and install the bearing sealing cover and water retaining ring.

3, the upper end of the bearing, bearing gland, bearing pressure sleeve, locking round nut installed.

4. Adjust bearing clearance: adjust the shaft to the direction of the lower end of the bearing body until it can't be adjusted.Fix one round nut while the other round nut is not fixed. Use lever and dial indicator to adjust the axial clearance. The general clearance is 0.015 ~ 0.025mm.Then tighten the nut and install the pump coupling.

5. Install and fix the connection pipe, fixed disc, back cover, impeller, pump body, elbow and outlet pipe.Note: the front clearance between impeller and pump shell is 2 ~ 2.5mm.

6. Install the motor base and the motor with electric connection;That is to complete the entire pump assembly process.

7. Disassemble the pump according to the opposite steps above.

Scope of application of Vertival Slurry Pump
