Spare Parts Produce Process
The Main Wet End Parts of Slurry Pump Include: Impeller, Volute , ThroatBush, Frame Plate Liner Insert(Back Liner) .
The wet end parts, the core part of the slurry pump, are the parts that directly contact the conveying medium during the operation of the slurry pump. Therefore, they are easy to wear and need to be changed frequently.

2. Foundry

3. Machining
3.1Lathe processing
After the first heat treatment, because it is a rough casting parts, it must be processed through the lathe to reach the installation and use of size, Inaccurate dimensions may result in inability to install or large installation errors leading to reduced service life. So this step must have a professional quality inspection to test the finished parts and the next step can be performed within a reasonable error range. Slurry pump impeller should be performed dynamic balance and static balance to make the overall structure of the impeller even to reduce the occurrence of vibration.
3.2 Secondary heat treatment
Normalizing the slurry pump parts so that the hardness reaches the standard hardness;

4.Paint, Brush oil treatment;

5. Assmebly
If the entire pump is required, the accessories are installed according to the installation step size. If only the wet end parts are purchased, no assembly is required. It mainly need to change the wet end parts during the using. The remaining parts are generally replaced once a year under normal use and maintenance.
6: Test;
The assembled pump must be tested for pressure, leakage, and overall coordination. Through testing to verify the assembly quality of the slurry pump and ensure that the user is more secure during use.
7 . Packing
The pump and parts are packed with Standard Export Wooden Case with Film bag inner.
