Naipu® NAHF series froth pumps are heavy duty horizontal pumps designed to handle heavy froth slurries. The large oversized inlet with unique impeller Induced vane makes it easy to handle heavy froth and high viscosity dense slurries. The pumps are very valuable for very dense slurries where viscosity begins to become a pumping issue for standard slurry pumps.

Important design features of Naipu® AHF pumps include:
 Heavy-duty structure with through-bolt design for easy maintenance and reduced downtime
 Ductile iron fully lined casing provides durability, strength and long life
 Large-diameter, low-speed, high-efficiency impellers extend wear life
 Large, open internal passageways reduce internal speeds, maximizing service life and reducing operating costs
 Unique impeller design for the most difficult froth applications
 Minimal shaft / impeller overhang reduces shaft deflection and extends packing life
 Cartridge bearing assemblies can be maintained in a clean environment without disassembling the pump for reliable operation and prolonged   bearing life

Typical Applications-
The mining industry is a primary example of an operation plagued by froth and high viscosity problems. In the liberation of minerals from the ore, it is often floated through the use of strong flotation agents. Tough bubbles carry the copper, molybdenum or iron tails to be recovered and further processed. These tough bubbles create havoc with standard slurry pumps often causing the selection of overly large and inefficient pumps. The NAHF Froth Pump is sizes smaller and more efficient. The inducer impeller and oversized inlet very effectively assure the froth or viscous slurries get into the impeller allowing the pump to transport it to the next destination.
Lower power costs , reliable operation, greatly reduced surging and feed tank overflow make use of the froth pump more user friendly.
