Introduction
1.M/L series sand pump is based on two phrase flow theory with characteristic of big flow, energy-efficient, single stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump, according to inlet diameter can be divided into 250mm,350mm,380mm,400mm,450mm,480mm,500mm,550mm.
2.This series sand pump has unique innovation on design of water conservancy and structure. The wet part material adopt cast iron, cast steel and high-chromium alloy material which can resist very strong abrasion, with features of high efficiency and long bearing time. Its structure reasonable, operation reliable, low noise, libration and convenient for operation and maintenance.
3.Designed for dredging sand, mud, marine reclamation land, building dock, also can be used for tailings transport of electric power, metallurgy and filter coal slime, the biggest transferred concentration of medium can be achieved 60%(60% sand, mud or slurry, 40% water), it is mainly used in many countries of Southeast Asia, Africa and win highly praise.
Features
1.Very wear resistant and long service time, allow gravel or stone diameter up to 80mm to go through.
2. Have high head and long discharge distance up to 1500m to 2000m without booster pump.

6.PNS series sand pump are mainly made up of pump casing, impeller, guard board, pump bonnet, bracket and bearing, etc.
7.The material of pump casing, impeller, guard board can be made of cast iron, cast steel, high-chromium alloy and other nonmetallic wear-resisting material, it can be customized by user.
8.The shaft seal adopt packing seal and add high presser water to wash it in the packing chamber to ensure the normal operation well of the pump.
