It is advisable to preheat bearing inner ring or cones(never exceed 120ºC),with shaft in vertical position heated inner ring or cones can be slipped on and pressed or tapped up to shoulder or grease retainer.For the double rows of tapper roller bearings,its inner ring or corners,cup and spacer may be not interchangeable with similar assmblies of the same type bearings.


For Type-R,S,ST,T,TU,V Bearing assembly,double rows taper roller bearings are fitted on the pump end.The axial gap may be not required to adjust because the end pay may be guaranteed by themselves.Apply oil or light grease to bearing lands.The seal in the end cover of bearing is used of labyrinth and piston ring.Fit rings to the groove of labyrinths.Position piston ring gaps diametrically opposite. It is recommended that lubricating grease used in roller bearing should be No.2 or 3,SY1412-75 Lithium-Based Grease.
The recommended initial quantity of grease to be used for each bearing is as following table during assembly.
