Application and Feature

Naipu® M Pumps are cantilevered, horizontal and centrifugal slurry pumps with double casing. They are designed for pumping medium concentration slurrie, widely used in coal washer processing, handling with the fine ore and tailings in metal mine, handing combined bottom and fly ash in a thermal power station etc.

Important design features of Naipu® M pumps include:

1. Heavy duty structure with through-bolt design, easy maintenance and short downtime
2. All impellers and liners are available in alloy or elastomer materials.
3. Interchangeability of seal arrangements - Packing, Centrifugal or Mechanical seals may be fitted to any sized pump
4. Cartridge-style bearing assembly can be maintained in a clean environment without disassembling the pump for reliable operation and extended bearing life
5. The discharge direction can be oriented to any eight positions at the interval of 45 degrees;
6. This pump can be motor or  diesel driven.
